Solution: Adjust the saw band tensioning equipment to insist that the saw band tension is appropriate; adjust the three sets of adjusting screws behind the driven wheel to make the driving wheel and the driven wheel parallel to ensure that the saw blade is in a suitable position.

2. Abortion of worm gear box: The reason may be that the axial gap between the worm gear and the worm is too large or the bearing wear of the two teams is too large.

Solution: adjust the axial clearance of the worm gear or replace the bearing.

3. The saw frame does not rise: check whether the oil pressure of the saw machine reaches overpressure, whether the rising solenoid valve works, whether the upper limit stroke switch is reset, and whether the oil circuit is supplemented or blocked.

Solution: oil pressure and adjust the overflow valve to reach the specified pressure; check whether the circuit and oil circuit are unblocked; check the upper limit travel switch; or replace the oil filter and solenoid valve.

4. The saw belt does not fall: the demand regulating valve is blocked; it may be that the lowering solenoid valve does not work; check whether the lower limit travel switch is reset; check whether the back pressure is adjusted too much.

Solution: check the cleaning speed control valve; check whether the circuit and oil circuit are connected; check the upper limit travel switch; adjust the back pressure to reach the specified value.

5. When sawing, the saw frame emits a violent feeling or abnormal noise: it may be that the gap between the column and the sliding sleeve is too large; the sawing data and speed may be incorrect; it may be that the gap between the saw band and the upper guide block is too large.

Solution: replace the copper sleeve; select the saw blade speed adjustment from beginning to end.
